Mazda Revamps Scrum Wagon and Scrum Van Micro-Minis for Japan
- Automatic transmission models offer improved fuel economy -
HIROSHIMA, Japan—Mazda Motor Corporation has upgraded the Scrum Wagon passenger minivan and Scrum Van commercial micro-mini for the Japanese market. Product enhancements include improved fuel economy for versions with automatic transmissions. Both models are available from today at all Mazda Autozam, Mazda and Mazda Anfini dealers throughout Japan.
The upgraded Scrum Wagon and Scrum Van model grades with automatic transmissions boast fuel economy that is improved by 0.2 km/L*. The Scrum Wagon PZ Turbo and PZ Turbo Special Package grades also feature design changes which include a new front bumper and chrome grille, reshaped fog lights, and rear combination lights with clear inner lenses. These changes lend the Scrum Wagon a more distinctive and refined appearance, and match the improved quality in the interior, which includes redesigned seat upholstery.
